Our Document Management System (DMS) is designed to streamline team collaboration and is aligned with ISO19650 standards. It securely stores all project documents in one easy-to-access location.

Secure Access: All standard outputs from the Common Data Environment (CDE) are stored in access-controlled folders.​

Document Storage: Both links and documents can be stored in the document library.​

Document Management: Documents can be checked out and in with standard notifications and undo mechanisms.​

Document Issue: Documents can be issued with distributions recorded in a dedicated register and users notified by email.​

Distribution Groups: Users can create and manage distribution groups.​

Advanced Search: Includes regular file searching and semantic content searching for most document types.​

Role-Based Access: Folder access is controlled based on user roles in the project.​

Change Control: Documents have change control with history reporting and automatic document index generation.​

Project Templates: Template structures can be quickly copied into new projects for consistent file organisation and quick setup.
